We are fruit tree enthusiasts and we try our best to make sure all the information on this website is accurate, however we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage from inaccuracies in the information we provide. The photographs on our website are for illustration purposes only, since there can be natural variations in size and appearance between varieties and from one year to the next.
All trees offered for sale on our website are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that the varieties and formats you order will be available when we come to despatch your order, because trees in the nursery may fail to reach the expected size during the growing season, or become damaged or otherwise unsuitable for sale. However if this happens we will let you know by email as soon as we are aware. We will not despatch alternative or substitute varieties without first discussing with you.
Although you can indicate the month when you would like us to deliver, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. This is mainly because trees are natural products and we can only ship them when they have reached the right size and weather conditions at our nurseries are suitable.
Our trees undergo quality control procedures to ensure they meet our standards. We package them very carefully to ensure they reach you in good condition. If your trees are damaged by our couriers please let us know by email within 7 days, and we will arrange replacements (if available) or a refund. If you have a digital camera or camera phone and can take a photograph of the damaged items that is very helpful.
Similarly, if we make a mistake and deliver something different from what you ordered, please let us know by email within 7 days, and we will arrange replacements (if available) or a refund.
We do not accept any liability if your trees fail to grow, or do not reach the expected sizes, or do not produce fruit or blossom.
Delivery is at your risk. If you ask us to ask our couriers leave items without a signature we do not accept liability for loss or damage.
Title to the goods remains with Orange Pippin Limited until full payment has been received and the goods have been despatched.
Please make sure your contact details, especially your email address, are accurate and kept up to date in your account details on our website, so that we can get in touch with you if there are problems with your order. If you use a spam blocker on your email system, please make sure you permit email from trees@orangepippin.com.
