Where do you deliver to?
We are currently only able to deliver trees to the mainland United Kingdom. We are hoping to extend our service to include the USA soon.
Can I order trees for delivery to different delivery addresses or countries on the same order?
No - but you can create a separate order for each delivery address.
When will my order be delivered?
Our trees are offered either as bare-root or container-grown trees, and the format is specified in our ordering pages. Whilst you can place your order at any time, fruit trees are a natural product and there are some limitations on when they can be delivered. When do I pay for my order?
In general if you want delivery immediately or within a month or so, we will ask you to pay straightaway at the time of order. If you are ordering further ahead, we will take the order but you won't need to pay immediately. We will then send you an email notification nearer the time asking you to pay for the order.
